Legal Framework

Terms Of Service

Current Revision: June 2026. Please review our operating ground rules. These terms constitute a mutual agreement between SPARK and you.

01 // Service Provision & Accessibility

Mutual Commitment

We pledge to maintain high availability for all platforms, staging systems, and digital dashboards under our management. In return, you agree to access our systems solely via valid, authorized client keys and standard applications, without deploying malicious traffic or automated denial scraping.

02 // Intellectual Property Integrity

Ownership

All architectural software frameworks, database designs, styling standards, and exam mock configurations remain strictly proprietary to SPARK. You retain complete, absolute ownership of your uploaded text variables, branding assets, and client content logs. Neither party will infringe on the other's assets.

03 // Verification Code & Security Protocols

Account Protection

We secure the runtime storage endpoints to make sure activation logs and validation tokens are highly protected against leakage. In return, you accept full accountability for protecting your unique entry states, passwords, or distribution codes. Any suspected credential compromise must be flags-up immediately to support channels.

04 // Data Privacy & Communication Transparency

Data Handling

We pledge never to sell, broker, or expose your private data parameters to third parties, utilizing text encryption standards across our delivery platforms. You give us consent to use the transmission variables you choose to route via Email, WhatsApp, or SMS interfaces solely to fulfill your direct service requests.

05 // Project Scope & Termination Measures

Agreement Term

Either party maintains the right to suspend or terminate operational platform interactions at any time if a breach of agreement is discovered. Upon system termination, SPARK will ensure your active account data is wiped cleanly from live databases upon request, and you agree to cease accessing restricted platform endpoints.

⚖ Mutual Indemnity NoticeBy interacting with SPARK frameworks, both parties commit to solving technical or programmatic scope adjustments in good faith via direct communications before seeking external arbitrary measures.
